We helped 53 families in rural cities in Ghana such as Abura Dunkwa, Abura Obohen during this difficult time. With many people living in close quarters without food they need to survive or support their kids and families, the fragile living situation of COVID-19 will be swift. Every $10 we received, we were able to provide, soap, cooking oil, rice, tomato paste to a family. We provided rice, oil, and a bar of soap to 30 families in Frankadua and Bojuase, Ghana.

We are not only providing handmade school uniforms but also give them a skill in life. We have started this process at the end of December 2019. Kofi has been using his spare time to sew uniforms and teaching students at the same time!

Malaria is a common disease in Africa and the first symptoms of Malaria often look like the flu or a virus. Because of this, people may not get help right away especially in a rural area in Ghana. We purchased 648 units of Malaria Test Kits and Malaria medicine and successfully completed 4 outreach in Ghana. We hope these early tests give people the best shot at recovery.

As we learn primary lighting input in these off-grid schools is hard and expensive to have, we have helped to provide LED lights and fixing electricity in junior high schools in Frankadua. We also helped to provide school stationery, fans for each classroom.
